The 2023–24 Baylor Bears women's basketball team represents Baylor University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bears, are led by third-year head coach Nicki Collen and play their 2023 home games at the Ferrell Center and 2024 games at the Foster Pavilion. Baylor will compete as members of the Big 12 Conference.[1]
