The 2023–24 Washington State Cougars women's basketball team represented Washington State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Cougars are led by sixth-year head coach Kamie Ethridge and they played their home games at Beasley Coliseum as members of the Pac-12 Conference.

Previous season

The Cougars 23–11, 9–9 in Pac-12 play to finish in a seventh place. They defeated California, Utah, Colorado and UCLA to win their first ever Pac-12 women's tournament to received an automatic bid to the NCAA women's tournament. They received the #5 seed in the Greenville Regional 2. They were upset in the first round by #12 seed Florida Gulf Coast.
