Chang Tsung-Che (Chinese: 張崇哲, born: April 1961) is a diplomat from the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Career
He holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Soochow University and a master's degree from Tamkang University in European Studies.[1] He was a researcher at the Tourism Administration,Secretary at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Portugal, Counselor/Minister at the Embassy of the Republic of China in São Tomé and Príncipe,[2] Consul General at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in São Paulo, and Representative at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Brazil.[3]He currently serves as the Representative at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Portugal.[4]
