Hali Welly is an Indian civil engineer, film director and producer, and photographer. He has served as the President of Welly Welfare Society, Arunachal Photography Club, and presently Film Federation of Arunachal since 2018.
Early life
Welly is from a small village called Seba, East Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh.[1]
Career
Welly founded Space Miracle Studios Private Limited, and is working as part-time as an Editor for The Space.

Welly's skill in photography earned him the Best Fashion Photographer Award in 2017.
