Zhongxiang Shen is an engineer and professor at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.[1]

He was an Elected AdCom Member of the IEEE Antennas & Propagation Society. He is a distinguished lecturer of the IEEE Antennas & Propagation Society from January 2021 to December 2023. Since August 2022, he is the editor-in-chief of IEEE Open Journal of Antennas and Propagation.[2]

In 2017, Shen was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)[3] "for contributions to 3D frequency selective structures and slot antennas".
